We believe in using the freshest local ingredients. Being based in the heart of the Scenic Rim in South East Queensland we have access to a wonderful selection of clean, green ingredients from this food bowl producing area.
From camel meat to specialty mushrooms, and sheep cheese to olives, this region has it all.
We have chosen to take a step back in time to a slower way of life, using a wood fired stove and smoker to prepare our meals. The flavour and taste is incredible!
We make and bake all our breads and sweet treats in house and also offer them for sale.
We are moving to zero waste, using sustainable products and recycling.
